also they shouldn't be on the run, they are still able to stay at their families,
only they are night workin (basically at night they get hypnotized to work)
also their family MUST be that kind that doesn't care what their kids do at night xD
EDIT:
Female proxies are also welcomed, but they have to deal with the fact that Swagger will slightly flirt with them
