Eridan had both of his hands pressed over the other troll's eyes, his glasses pushed up into his short, messy hair. He pressed the sweetest little kiss to the tip of his ear, leading him inside the hive they shared.
The sensation made him shiver and press his back tighter against the highblood's chest, but he didn't give up the complaining.
"Damn it, ED! I know your up to thomething. Enough with the gameth."
"It's not a game, darlin! It's a surprise."
The Aquarius frowned, leaning down to nuzzle his matesprit's shoulder. Had he forgotten what day it was already?
"Can you please just act a little excited?" he whispered, "I wworked really hard to put all of this together."
Sollux sighed and pushed his love's hands away from his eyes and corrected his glasses before turning around and wrapping his arms around the taller troll's neck. "Im thorry thweetheart. I am excited. Itth jutht annoying having your handth over my eyeth like that." He pressed a small kiss to the corner of his mouth. "My glatheth were rubbing againtht my little hornth and it wath bothering me.."
"Sorry!" he whined innocently, pouting now. "I wwas just excited is all..."
"I know ED. I know." He pressed their lips together to soothe him, stroking the ends of his hair. "I don't want to fight on our one thweep anniverthary."
The highblood's eyes lit up and a shy smile crept onto his lips. "I thought you forgot..." He confessed softly.
"Of coarthe I didn't forget fithh fathe!" He flicked him in the forehead, clicking his tongue against his teeth to tsk at him. He spit a little as he did so but Eridan didn't mind. "I even got you a prethent. You're welcome."
His eyes glittered. He loved presents. "Wwhere is it??" He asked excitedly. "I wwant it!!"
"Ah ah ah... You can't have it. I want my thurprithe firtht." He crossed his arms and smirked when the Aquarius started pouting. The Gemini knew how to push all of his buttons.
"I hate you," he said childishly but Sollux wasn't offended. He pressed another kiss to his mouth and cooed, "I love you too babe. Now where were we?"
