So.
Undertale's 7th Anniversary has brought some Deltarune lore. I haven't seen it all yet, but I'm loving what I'm seeing so far.

So far, a backstory bit with Kris and Susie is what has stuck out to me the most, here's a video showing that for those that haven't seen it yet.

Yeah, I just found Kris's actions during that to be awesome. Like, c'mon, they blocked a half-eaten apple with their notebook, caught said apple, and ate it! It sounded so cool. I just had to draw what I was picturing. And then I was proud of the results that came out of it. I managed to pull off what I was picturing, and I think it's fantastic. Really, only thing I think I could have done better is the background, but everything else makes up for it.

Drawing stuff aside, that lore bit was very interesting. Bit of backstory on Kris and Susie before the events of Deltarune started. Susie was being a bully, and Kris was taking it surprisingly well, even seeming amused by it. I'm honestly amazed at how calm they were about it. And though it is unclear what words were said, they said something that made Susie run out of the classroom and out of the school. I've seen several theories about that floating around, I honestly don't know what they could have said, but it was clearly something crazy if Susie was compelled to run away. Also, found the ending of Kris discovering Noelle hiding in a locker and then awkwardly shutting the locker door and leaving to be amusing lol

I do intend to look at the rest of the stuff that has been shared eventually, I've heard the music tracks and another lore bit about Kris's interest in the piano, but I don't know much else. Either way, it's exciting, I can't wait to see what else there is to see. In the meantime, enjoy this spontaneous fanart of one of my favorite Deltarune characters lol
