Definitely! Imagine how lonely people get in there! Remember how Asuna started out? It's the same story. The fact that they all fall for Kirito in that hopeless realm means that only one of them would ever be completely happy! The rest were stuck feeling better emotionally, yet empty and regretful. Especially this one. It is expressed fully in the movie.
