Story:

Kiongozi was the second born of Simba and Nala. Born minutes after the princess and heir, Kiara. Simba was paranoid because of his green eyes and trauma from his younger years. Kion never felt envy for Kiara as a child and enjoyed his freedom. That was until his mane grew in. He envied his sister because he felt he was an extra, and had no purpose. His father brought up the lion guard and he created the guard formed of random animals he befriended. Simba was angered by this and told him off telling him to dismantle his guard. Kiongozi defiantly kept his guard and after Nala's bickering the guard stayed.

As a teen his father often sent Kion on peace missions to the Grasslands. Here, he could see his brother, Kopa, who was Tojo and Nala's son. The two got along well and Kopa fueled his need to take over. Kopa had dispised Simba for hating him. By Kion taking over the two could make an alliance.

Later, Kion got scarred by Ushari in an ambush by the hyenas. Simba got more on edge because of this and often avoided his son.

Kion's guard died in the fight against Zira. Kion began to hate Kovu and believed everything was his fault. Simba said it was his fault for choosing weak animals for his guard. Kion attempted to assainate Kovu and was exiled. He met Mheetu and Nuka and joined their group.

After some time Vitani joined them. Kion later fathered two cubs named Askari II and Uru II with Vitani. The group took down the Pridelanders and ruled until Upendo, Kovu and Kiara's son, returned and killed Mheetu and Nuka.

Kion, his family, Nzuri and her daughter fled to Kopa's Pride. Kopa had made his daughter the queen. Shortly after their arrival Askari II found a mate. Soon, the queen, Malkia, was dethroned in a challenge with her you her brother, Kiu. Kiu had lions who assisted him and made his first order of business. That order was to kill all adult males. Kion, Kopa and any other males were killed, while Koda and Askari fled to the jungle.
