Description

I recently realized Mothman is pretty great, so I went ahead and drew him myself. This is part of a project for art class. We have to draw 12 things that go together somehow. I picked monsters, because I love them.
I first drew Mothman on paper and colored him with colored pencils. Then I took a picture and made some edits in IbisPaint x. I erased around him and fixed some of the fur, highlighted and shaded some more, then placed a background which is a picture I took myself a year or two ago.
Yeah, I’m not good at showing light through feathers, but I was already taking way too long on this. Wish the perspective was a little better too.
