Console Cheat Codes and Configuration Codes for Batman Arkham Knight:
This is a set of codes which can be enabled from the keyboard, by pressing a single key, or a shifted key. Everything is stored in text files which you can edit.
I tried to use keys that were not used by the game, FLiNG's Trainer, or 3D Vision.
(If you have a 3D Vision setup, there are two 3D Fixes available: (3D Vision is not needed for this mod.)

Many of the codes have multiple settings, allowing you to change things on the fly in the midst of gameplay.
INSTALLATION:

The 7z file contains a folder "KeyboardScripts" which should be placed in any one of the numbered DLC folders. For example, if you choose folder 313100, then you end up with these folders:
\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\

(Installation steps are also shown in inset near top right of above image. If it is too small to read, click image twice to view full size (2528x2070)).
Now launch the game and load one of your saved games. You can press keyboard keys at any time to enable / disable the various codes.
OPTIONAL PART OF INSTALLATION: (highly recommended)
The 7z file also contains a text file CONSOLE_F10.txt, which has many preset codes. This allows all of your favorite codes to be set in a single step, just by pressing the F10 key. You can edit this file and change or enable / disable the various codes to your liking. Comments explain what each code does. CONSOLE_F10.txt should be placed in:
\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\Binaries\
In the above image, column "F10 presets" on the right lists some of these presets.
GUIDE TO KEYS:
Tip: Generally, pressing a key such as "H" will enable a code. Pressing "alt-H" will disable the same code, restoring normal game operation. In some cases, "ctrl-H" and "shift-H" will provide additional variants of the same code.

VISION / SCREEN VIEW:
T Thermal Enable Thermal Vision (works even in presence of jammers)
alt-T Restore normal vision, type 1
shift-T Restore normal vision, type 2 (gives sharper image, removes icons over thugs)
Y X-raY Press X for game's X-ray vision, then Y to set vision type 1 (to reveal skeletons)
(Press X again to exit X-ray vision, then press shift-T if you prefer vision type 2.)
U HUD Toggle HUD display on or off. (This is the only console code which is a toggle.)
GAME SPEED / MOVEMENT SPEED:
, (comma) Game runs at 0.5 speed. Strike the air (X on controller) to activate these codes.
alt-, Game runs at normal 1.0 speed.
shift-, Game runs at 0.7 speed.
ctrl-, Game runs at .16 speed. (for Batgirl's initial TK Ground-Hover in Feline Frenzy)
M Movement Player walks / runs / ceiling crawls at 2.0x normal speed.
alt-M Player walks / runs / ceiling crawls at normal speed.
shift-M Player walks / runs / ceiling crawls at 0.5x normal speed.
ctrl-M Player walks / runs / ceiling crawls at 4.0x normal speed.
GLIDE / FLY SPEEDS: Two sets are provided, one for indoors and one for city. Each set has five speeds:
arrow keys ctrl-< Indoor glide speeds ctrl-> City-roam glide speeds
< 0 - Levitate in place 0 - Levitate in place
v 100 - Slow Glide 500 - Best for chasing down thugs trying to escape
> 200 1100 - Best for chasing down cars
^ 500 2300 - Chase cars involved in high-speed Police chases
shift-^ 1000 - Fast Glide 4300 - For flying between and over buildings
GRAVITY / FLIGHT / LEVITATION / TELEKINESIS (TK):
shift-F Fly Set gravity to 10.0, to float up slowly. (shift is above ctrl, so it means UP)
ctrl-F Set gravity to -1.0, to fall slowly. (ctrl is below shift, so it means DOWN)
alt-G Gravity Restore normal gravity (-1000, undo shift-F,ctrl-F,shift-G,ctrl-G,shift-H,ctrl-H)
shift-G Set gravity to 1.0, to rise very slowly.
ctrl-G Set gravity to -0.4, to fall very slowly.
H Hover Enable Hover, the ability to rise up when gliding.
alt-H Disable Hover, to return to normal Glide.
shift-H Set gravity to 0.01, to rise ultra slow, but mainly to just float, also for TK.
ctrl-H Set gravity to -0.01, to fall ultra slow, but mainly to just float, also for TK.
CONDITION OF PLAYER, THUGS, WEAPONS:
. (period) Stunned thugs (motionless). Does not work in PREDATOR.
alt-. Ends stunned condition of thugs.
/ fear Fear: Thugs without guns are afraid, and do not attack, except in PREDATOR.
alt-/ Ends Fear condition of thugs.
I Invincible God mode for player. alt-I turns off Invincibility.
| |mmortal thugs God mode for thugs. alt-| turns off immortality for thugs. (|=backslash key)

J Jam Jam guns. (Note: You can combine J and ctrl-J)

ctrl-J Each gun chest delivers one shock to next thug who reaches for a gun.
K OHK One-hit Kill (Note: K, shift-K, and ctrl-K can be used together)
alt-K Disable all one-hits.
shift-K One-hit Counter
ctrl-K One-hit Batarang / Bolas
N miNes Remove all mines from ground, prevent new mines being placed on ground.
alt-N Allow thugs to resume placing mines on ground.
