She swaps places with an ally while dashing at her enemy, faking them out. The sheer force of speed causes nausea, throwing up if she pushes herself too far. Not used to fighting, she learned this technique as a kid to tag her older sister Rosie in, to deal with the mischief Cammy herself caused.

Sleep Powder
Move Description: The user scatters a big cloud of sleep-inducing dust around the target.
Cammy literally uses her own melatonin and her natural plant like biology to create a powder to force an opponent to sleep (around 10 minutes if left undisturbed), while she makes a get away. Also good for putting the smaller siblings to bed, while she stayed up all night watching reruns of the Pokebachelor. Unfortunately, she can only use this once, with a recharge period of 12 hours.

Moon Blast
Move Description: Borrowing the power of the moon, the user attacks the target. This may also lower the target's Sp. Atk stat.
Cammy calls the power of the moon. Drains a lot of energy out of her and will pass out if the moon isn't visible. The more full the moon is, the less strained she is. SHe has mostly seen her mother use this move for special occasions and in a much less self destructive way, so Cammy herself has no idea how to use it reliably.

Cammy is a kindhearted prankster. She’s always got a grin, smirk or smile plastered on her face, no matter the circumstances. Being one of the older siblings in a large family she knows what it means to extend herself towards others and being kind to those who need it. Being the younger sister to an elder one also has taught her how to act out. She was always good with sleight of hand and tricks, and she fancies herself to be a “merry prankster” in her own terms. She will poke and push buttons of others to see their reactions, always trying to stay in the comfortable median of teasing them but not too mean to upset them or make them angry. When she isn’t actively messing with someone, she is a comforting presence. She’ll be there for someone no matter the circumstances, if you’ve given her basic kindness. She’ll always see the bright side of a situation and always have a kind word. This may come off as aloof or detached but her heart is in the right place. Sometimes she might push too far or make a joke that hits too close to home and not realize it, and keep pressing it. She also has her own method of doing things and won’t be tied down if she thinks she is in the right, until proven wrong. Overall, if you befriend her, she’s a kindhearted gal, but a bit of a rollercoaster to deal with.

The Fleur Fleece and Frills shop has been in Cammy’s family for generations. Her mother ran it, her mother’s mother owned it, so on and so forth. Her mother, Azalea Fleur met Cammy’s father (A Jumpluff), Oliver Mason in Johto years back. She stayed in his hometown of Ecruteak City, in his family’s Bed and Breakfast. They both floated on the wind in a way, wanting to drift from place to place. She wanted to see the fashions of Johto, and they explored every corner of Goldenrod City together. She soon returned home to Snowbelle City, promising Oliver she would see him again. Several years of letter writing, Oliver made good on his promise, realizing those few weeks she was with him was the best time of his life, and after traveling around Johto, Kanto, and Kalos, proposed to her in front of her clothing store. They have been the most mushy, and sickening lovebirds ever since.
Cammy is the second child of Azalea and Oliver. Cammy was a small scream factory and constantly required attention from one of them, contrary to her older, quieter sister Rosie. Cammy acted out a lot as a kid. This peaked at three years old, with Rosie just starting kindergarten and the twins, Pierce and Jessie, just born, she felt more isolated, losing a lot of her parents attention. It was a lot for a toddler to handle. She accidentally fired a moonblast in one specific, emotionally high strung tantrum and was rushed to the hospital when it took a large toll on her body. She got the attention she wanted, but was banned from ever trying to use that move until she was an adult. To this day she still has a phobia of using it. By this time, Azalea and Oliver had gotten the whole parenting thing down and had Bluebell, named for her shiny trait of being a blue tinted Whimsicott. More troubling thoughts seeped into Cammy’s mind. The youngest child was special for being shiny. Rosie was the eldest and was next in line to inherit Fleece and Frills once her mom retired. Then Pierce and Jessie were twins and grew up at each others hips. What was so special about Cammy compared to all of them? She was the baseline average one of the group.

Her one ability was bringing attention to herself. She harnessed this ability and became something of a leader to most of her childhood friends. Her mischief got her into a lot of trouble, however. Her parents were surprised, especially since Rosie was such an angel. Quiet and antisocial yes, but an angel. This came out in terms of abusing her sleep powder to knock people out when she didn’t feel like dealing with them, promptly walking away after.

All things considered, she grew up into a relatively well behaved kid, despite her mischievous traits. She used her skills at sleight of hand to learn magic tricks and to use her trickster spirit for good, setting her apart from studious and responsible Rosie. Despite their tumultuous younger years, the two became close as they were the older siblings. They had to look after the other three. This also let Rosie be the one Cammy would go to when she needed to bail out of a tough situation. She was blunt and to the point and this lead to her getting into fights. A lot. Cammy was soft and short and Rosie was tall and built. Cammy actively learned how to use U-Turn to get her older sis to watch her back in these types of situations.

Family tradition was important to all of them. Despite not being in line to inherit the shop, she learned to knit with the rest of her siblings. Her and Rosie would stay up late nights talking back and forth and working on their projects. Near the end of senior year, Rosie broke down crying to Cammy. Her grades were average and she didn’t quite focus on anything. Despite that Rosie was the one trapped in Snowbelle. She wanted to go to Lumiose, go to a good college and see the world. But she was shackled down at the shop with her family and siblings. She confessed how jealous she was of Cammy, feeling as if she had multiple options she didn't take.

That’s when Cammy decided to go to Lumiose City. To find her own purpose, to live the life Rosie wished she could. So she could come back and have her sister be proud. Her parents supported her on the condition she went to college. So she did. She currently dorms at a community college in Lumiose City, taking general studies and figuring out just what she wants in life. Despite not being used to the city, she still kept calm, and wore a big grin on her face, treating the city like an adventure. She heard rumours soon after settling down in the dorms about the Argo Navis. The more she learned about it, the more interesting it became. She always had strong opinions about being able to use moves, even if she herself was not too competent with her own. It lit a fire in her, and it caused her to seek as much information as possible..
