This is an older piece of art, I drew it for my brother two years ago I think. It was probably a birthday gift because I never know what to get people, so I make them art. His two favorite characters are Meowth, who he has always loved since watching the anime, and Pikachu. Pikachu is his favorite because it was his main character in super smash brothers.

Looking back on older art is interesting to say the least. I enjoy this piece but there are plenty of things I would change if I were to make it today. But for what it is, I can say that I mostly like it and I hope you all do too.
