Early Mermay submission! I explained this my Instagram but might as well add more context. So a couple nights ago I had a nightmare where I was in the deep ocean. I was just floating out in the middle of the dark waters and I knew that something was out there with me. So I tried to swim and get the fuck out, but I new that I was being chased. Anyway, I managed to wake myself up before I could see whatever it was that chasing me, but it still spooked me alot. But, I love scary shit! So I was inspired and got to thinking about what could have been out there. One of the creepiest fish are Angler fish, so I said fuck mermaidXanglerfish... and tada this is it!

For the last year I've been listening to this long playlist of spooky inspiration music, I've made for myself. It helped alot with this one! "Become the Beast" by Karliene helped keep the inspiration flowing:
