The Capitalist-Democratic Federated Nations: a large army composed of volunteers. Generally well equipped all around, armed with gyrojet rifles.
The various Techno-Socialists of the United Interstellar Communes: a vast army built on 1 year of mandatory national service (military or otherwise) and a solid core of full-timers. Basically, but capably equipped with laser rifles.
The reformed colonialist monarchist Imperial League: Has two main armies composed of their main two partners, comparatively small but elite volunteer forces lavished with the best gear. Their infantry has the best unpowered armour with built in sensor systems and armed with 5mm Gauss Rifles.
And the human-supremacist fascist Iron Pact: an army that's the product of a highly militarized culture. 2.5 years mandatory military service for all men. Armed with tried and true bullet guns.
