This is pretty old but I never got around to uploading it anywhere. It's a (still unfinished) "port" of the elementary OS icon and GTK themes to iOS with Winterboard. It includes a ton of system UI widgets; app skins for iPod/Music, Mail, Safari, and Settings; a lock screen (actually two, both based on different design concepts I found); and app icons for most of the system apps and a few popular App Store and Cydia apps. It includes support for both retina displays and non-retina displays. Some parts, like some of the app icons, and UI elements for legacy apps, still work in iOS 7+, but just barely. My setup uses Bytafont: Raleway Light for the lock screen clock, Open Sans for Notes, Open Sans Light for "system extras", and Droid Sans for everything else.
