It's Impulse as a TLK cheetah! although he is missing a few spots.Also, a note on his feet, I made them really big because in Canon comics he supposedly has large feet.
which totally backs up the fact that I draw big cartoony feet anyway!
Anyway.......

as for just who's chasing him.. Well.. He is the spokes person for Aderall, the ADHD drug.. you know that!
