I ended up remaking Lightbringer for Northern Lights. I decided that even though I used the public domain as a launchpad for my ideas, it was better to do my own IP as much as possible.

This version is Jason Saddler, a police officer turned superhero. A guy who fancies himself an old fashioned cowboy in costume, and Lodestar is a good name for that, I think. Think the Paladin from have gun will travel or the rifleman. He'd have probably watched that with his parents.
