Rogue OCC
Every society has their various crooks and citizens that stay on the wrong side of the law. The rogue OCC is for these people. They usually think only of themselves, and themselves, only. Sometimes other factors like debt can inspire one to go down the path of the rogue.

If you pick the rogue OCC, you get a free criminal specialization with Criminal (2) and another free specialization with Criminal (3). You also have the Hunted (1) for free, meaning you can’t use this to buy back skill points.

Suggestions for Attributes are a high presence or intelligence.

Key Drawbacks:
* Greed (3)

Must-Have skills:
Criminal (2-3): From moderate stealing of items to drug smuggling and etc.
*Character must Have at least these skills, they could be higher in theory.

Suggested skills: Computer (2-3) for basic programming and hacking, larceny (1-3) for white collar crimes, Intimidate (1-3) for forcing people to do want them to.
