Simeon strength is much higher than that of a human. The cap at Strength naturally is at 14, instead of 11. They also get +3 to strength.
The Simeon head is specialized for protection against blunt force. The brain is coated in a mucous membrane that has miniscule pockets that are used like nano-air bags that cushion impact from blunt force trauma. So Simeons get -1D4 damage from blunt force trauma to the head.
