ItΒ΄s the new Safari 4 beta. The plus on top is to add new Tabs and you can hide all the tool- and status bars in the controls for Safari. I really like to work with shortcuts. I just enter domain names with cmd+l. And thanks for the comment!

how did you remove the apple logo in the corner and all the other icons on the toolbar? And what audio app does that little widget just above the dock belong to?

There is a new theming software for Leopard, you can download it here: [link] . I just edited some resources with it. The small audio control is a yahoo widget which i just modified with some different graphics.
You can hide the other icons on your menubar in the settings for each one i.e the clock. I hope that helps
