"Palm of your hand man." Ridge's friend said as they walked through a door, Ridge in front. "Palm of your hand."
A teacher walked up to the side of him. "Stellar, angels of summer essay."
"I appreciate all of the time you spent with me Mr.Burnsteen." Ridge answered with his grin.
His friend gave a little cough as the teacher walked away. "You hate that teachers guts!"
"Whatever it takes man, the college reps are in."
The pretty blonde girl from the audience walked up to the side of him. "Your speech killed!" She stated.
"Speaking of killing, you see that bald bodied, tattoo covered slut?" Ridge answered angrily as they continued walking.
"Really, who gives? Okay? Stick to my moncho, steer clear of the witch." his friend answered.
"I'll get it out of your head later." The girl said and he gave her a kiss before continuing walking as she walked a different way.
As they turned round the corner, they both slowed a bit.
"What the?" Ridge asked as he saw what had happened. Someone had written across his posters. He looked to the right, to the blonde girl with the strange metal across her cheek, who was leaning against the wall holding a marker pen.
"Maybe its just me but, shouldn't whoever runs the green committee actually care about things green?" She asked, and everyone turned to her. Ridge walked over, trying to mask his anger, quite poorly too.
"Why green, like your face you disabled covings?"
Xevphera was watching awkwardly, chewing on a straw to her drink as she rolled her eyes.
"Note to self." The blonde girl said. "And Xevphera is only going for councillor because she KNOWS she cant win president against you."
Xevphera looked up. "No, no, no, no, no. I-"
"But I think we were all hoping that in the privacy of the voting booth, your ban wagon ears would stop fearing for their social lives and make the right choice."
Ridge watched her with a slightly amused look.
"Oh, and might I just add, wow. Looks are important to you."
"They're important to everyone." Ridge stated, looking round at the small crowd that had gathered with a smile. "Except you. Clearly."
The blonde girl wave a grin before turning and walking down the corridor. "Mmmm..."
Ridge watched her go.
"I appreciate the smirk, Xevphera. Covetous to you and your little... Bitchcrafty friend for trying to stage a little groove but if you wanted pres, you should have just-"
Xevphera stopped him. "Actually, I don't want pres. I don't own Cendra and I don't let others speak for me." She said with a smile. Ridge let his smile fade slightly. "Maybe that's just me being the defensive hardship kid, so... Best of luck tomorrow. And its nice to finally meet you after three years."
Ridge looked down to where she had held out her hand, and slowly brought his hand up to shake it. Xevphera gave a small awkward smile before turning and walking away. He watched her go and then turned and continued walking with his friend.
