I suggest using the "ka" from the Katakana chart for "Power."
as it's similar to "Ryoku" or "chikara" ε the kanji for "power".

Achiever, imagination, and teamwork really make sense. Achiever looks like a mountain climber standing on a summit. Imagination is like someone's head with ideas radiating out. Teamwork is three separate lines combining to make a new shape. But some of the others I just don't get. Harmony looks like an eyeball. I just can't stop seeing an eyeball.
