Victory is ツ , which is a letter in the Japanese alphabet, Katakana.
Power is a slightly different forme of ア , in the same alphabet.

Jaaaaaa, these are very similar to Japanese characters.
"Victory" looks exactly like the katakana syllabary "TSU" or ツ
And "power" looks like "A" or ｱ with a weird little dashy.
Other than that, I thinks these are pretty cool.
