Isihlu is a Naga who lives in a forest by the ocean. Her home is both on land and in the water. She was born in a damp cave, and stayed there until she was almost 18. Her mother urged her to go and find a life of her own, like in the city. She tried to live among the elves and other human like species in the city but felt awkward and anxious around them. She fled to the fields by her home but could not return. She wanted desperately to return to her home but didn't want to disappoint her parents. She wandered and found the forest she now lives in. She met a harpy friend who helped her get accustomed to life on her own. She is still rather lonely and out of place though. She spends a lot of time asleep and curled up in dark and damp places. Eventually she found the ocean, which amazed and confused her. She had never even seen a lake before, just the large puddles in her home cave. She swam into it and ammediately felt at home. After a couple weeks of swimming she met a tribe of mermaids who had been watching her. They were very curious of her as she didn't seem to belong to just the water or land. Isihlu started to fill up her time with talking to the mermaids and her harpy friend, and they seemed to make her happy. She eventually fell in love with the leader-in-training of the mermaids, Rina. Around this time she accidentally killed a young elf in the centaurs territory near the forest. She grew scared of herself and what she could do. Rina understood her pain and is continuing to help her through it. Currently they are under threat of an unknown darkness that surrounds their entire island, bringing with it terrifying creatures from the depths of the ocean.
