Description
If you know anything about me from anywhere else online, then you’ll probably know that I’ve become a big Xenoblade Chronicles fan as of late. The main enemy units of the first game, the Mechon, have a lot of similarities to Bionicle characters; in particular, Metal Face ’s claws remind me of Ehlek’s and Xord ’s limbs are basically just Rahkshi backs. I’ll probably tackle more Mechon eventually but I decided to build Xord first since I had a definitive game plan from the get-go. The final product takes some creative liberties (e.g. the MOC lacks the character’s horn and the feet are a different shape), but I’m insanely pleased with the final result. As is the case with the vast majority of my Studio builds, Xord is designed to be purist and should theoretically be possible to build irl.
