Description
Dr. Loopa is one of the main antagonist of the Fox Boy comic. He is FoxBoy’s main wolf nemesis.Having great interest in all things science, Dr. Loopa is exceptional in all fields of science. He is capable of creating machines of mass destruction, and devices that can bend reality. His latest invention is the one he is most proud of, the shift prism, a device that can turn thoughts into reality. Throughout the comics I’ll be developing, he’ll be using the aid of the prism (and associates) to achieve victory over Fox Boy.
