Since the last one I did liked I made another one

After Penelope inflated in an orange like state, she became what would be called the Queen of the Gas Pedal. She apparently did make an appearance ironically on Time Magazine as Person of the Year since she also stopped The Hooded Claw from taking over the world with the help of Peter Perfect, Rufus Ruffcut and Sawtooth, Clyde and the Ant Hill Mob and Professor Patt-Pending (even Dick Dastardly and Muttley helped). When she was about to take the picture for Time Magazine, Peter Perfect gave her a red undies with the initial P on it to represent Penelope since she loved Peter Perfect so much, she wished a present somewhat. At first embarassed, she then took it to heart and conquered her fear.

She was then interviewed and here's an excerpt:
Interviewee: SO how did you get all of a sudden big?

Penelope Pitstop: Well, it was on accident and it was not done on purpose. One point, Muttley was trying to pump Dick Dastardly's tires for the Mean Machine when he accidentally got onto my toosh and pumped me up like as if I was the tire. I blew and blew until I was like a giant Pear-Like Balloon. When they saw my body blown up, Dick Dastardly and Muttley laughed at me and thought I would be in last place. I got so mad that I thought I was going to burst into the clouds, which I did, difference was was that I flew and won 1st place along with my Compact Pussycat! It was amazing and it really did help me learn that even if I had a misfortune of becoming like this I can still use this to my advantage and hence forth can do anything even if all hope is lost.

Interviewee:So how did you stop The Hooded Claw?
Penelope Pitstop: Well when I finally found out that my accountant was the Hooded Claw in London, he kidnapped me and tied me at the clock's point to no 12 trying to almost kill me. The Ant Hill Mob and Peter Perfect were on the rescue, but were defeated by The Hooded Claw's henchmen. While that was happening, I had an idea. I then held my breath in order to inflate my belly to a point where the rope can break loose. It worked and I bounced out of the way before the two clock handles got me. I then confronted The Hooded Claw and tried to roll him. I knocked him down right into the london clock tower's front where he was dangling on one of the handles. I thought I was going to die here, but then I started floating and it was if I was a bird hovering on a cloud. Then I saw the Ant Hill Mob, Peter Perfect, Professor Pat Pending, and Dick Dastardly and Muttley in trouble by dangling on top of the tower while fighting the Hooded Claw and his gang. I then hovered to the clock tower to rescue them and then hover down to a safe place at the Pillow Factory, rescuing myself and them from eminent danger.

Interviewee: Was it as fun as you stated on BBC1?
Penelope Pitstop: It sure was fun sugar. *Laughs and giggles*
