The vtuber Silvervale recently ran a contest to design a new outfit for her, and this was my entry! Since her contest only said "dress me in something you would like to see", I did exactly that -- I drew something that I wanted to see her in! I drew a lot of inspiration from late 1800s/early 1900s fashion, and mixed it with a sort of bar maid/saloon girl aesthetic before sprinkling sparkles and shimmers in there. It took me a lot longer to draw than I'd anticipated -- the ruffles were a KILLER -- but again, I'm super pleased with how it turned out!
