The sixteenth installment of Rochelle's Hero Forms is yet another cute design: Li'l Retriever, Holder of the Dog Miraculous. The name comes from the different breeds of retriever dogs (labradors and goldies specifically) and the costume design was mainly inspired by the sailor scout uniforms from Sailor Moon, from the gloves, to the skirt, and even the little bow where the ball sits on.

Also, for the top part where Rochelle comforts Barkk, if you can't read what it says, Barkk worries that the other kwamis are mad at her for her holder using Fetch to steal the miraculouses and give them to Shadow Moth. Am I the only one who thinks Barkk kind of blames herself for what Félix did?

I only own Rochelle and Li'l Retriever.
