Description
The baby probably should have been more detailed, but I had already drawn this and it's such a sweet scene. ^_^For the contest on [link] .
Drawn on paper, colored digitally.
Not to self: laptop touchpad ≠ drawing tablet. My fingers are worn out. -_-

So, do you picture them giving birth or laying eggs? By the look of that scene I'd guess the former rather than the latter.

Yes, for one thing they're so big! On the other hand, it seems even dinosaurs made nests with eggs in them.
And unpractical for an intelligent species somehow ... I bet, if that were the case, they would have developed incubators or something, so the females could be out partying around or whatever rather than lie on her eggs for two months being bored.

Their culture is very interesting. It would be nice for future games and books look into it more.

I thought I would try out coloring digitally, though it's more difficult for me than using ink. I need to save up for a tablet.

Sure ! Me, I'm very not good in drawing, so when I success one, I can't color it ! Because I don't know how use software for drawing. But it always better, and more nice.
Anyway, I prefer write stories and watch the really nice drawer in this fabulous website

First off, a Sangheili wouldn't wear that. Second, I doubt the females would have torsos that big because they are not mammals.

No one knows what an Elite would wear, so I just put together something simple. Tunics and pants aren't very culture specific. There are likely to be many variations on clothing styles coming from different regions and planets, it's hard to rule anything out.
Also, the female would look very strange if I made her torso any smaller, it's already a great deal smaller than the male's. 
I only used the basic shape of a male Sangheili's body, (which has a very large torso compared to human anatomy), then scaled it down to more feminine proportions.
As a reptile like creature, I did not give her breasts, but I did give her larger hips- a useful and not very complex feature found in females of many species for easing the process of giving birth or laying eggs.
The image is not intended to be a factual representation, anyway. No one knows how Sangheili civilians and females appear yet. Only an anime, the art style of which was not very well received, has shown them. I only made approximations based on my observations and imagination.

Uhm, what? We have no idea what Snagheili wear. Do Humans all wear the same? No. This is a good piece of art. Don't just complain about how you think it might be innacurate. Do you see breasts? Well no.

Perhaps, but if Sangheili evolved roughtly parralel to Humans they may wear similar clothing.

The clothing in the anime seemed even more human like to me. xD
It's hard to imagine clothing (or anything really) that isn't based off of something we've experienced.
I' have actually made up a few outfits that are a little more creative than these, I just didn't feel like doing anything elaborate this time.
