This is a scarlet rosella, one of the most beautiful birds of Australia. They have a gentle, loving natter voice, quiet demeanour and shy nature. If you go anywhere near one, nine times out of ten it will be frightened off. Although not nessessarily endangered, there aren't many of these beauties around.

If you see one, take note of it's beauty, it is a rare find.
