Smash and Street Fighter. I play a lot of games but not many fighters beyond these two games and Mortal Kombat II. In SSB64, I play Pika and Kirby, whereas I main Samus in Melee, Brawl and Project: M.Street Fighter is so different, though. The moves are so much more hidden behind the rigidity of different directions and circle turns, whereas everything works in Smash.

SF2 is a bit more combo oriented then smash. Where smash is more simplified but has a bit more control. Games like street fighter require learning a characters' move set, as most characters play much differently.
