Lovely, and familiar... i can just imagine the way the day felt when this was taken. I'm jealous, though; we only had a bit of snow this winter - on christmas eve, and I had to work!
I love the monochromatic shades to this shot, and the sharp edges. You should show off your talent with the camera more often

The frosty mid-death of winter. The curvature of the river-bed speaks of a quiet desperation just around the corner. And those rows of trees planted so evenly spaced, well, it speaks of an inner insanity behind it all... or maybe that's just the song Bird has me listening to, either way, an exelent winter capture.
