this will appear on the inside of the yearbook. again, it was created using draftsman's pens; and then it was touched-up on the computer. the left column happens along the same time-scale as everything else, but it doesn't really tie-in with any of the action in the rest of the comic - except in the bottom line, where a lot of tension is released. that was more coincidence than anything else. i draw comics quite a lot, and i always find myself introducing ridiculous violence at some point or other. i'm quite proud of this drawing. i always like tying things up nicely at the end of a page, and what was in my head fitted very neatly into these twenty-three panels or so. i'm not sure if the powers that be have noticed all the violence yet; but it's probably too late to go back, now. tee hee. they'll see the end-product upon publication, and by that time i'll be far gone...
