Description
A concept art I did ... just for fun,showing a kind of futuristic cityscape.
I started off with some perspective lines in Photoshop and
ended up with a lighting and perspective exercise.
I switched endless times between Photoshop 7 and Painter 8.
Critiques and comments are very welcome!

The first tought that springs in mind is: 'Wow, is this really just a concept sketch..?'
The second is: 'Damn this looks great, gotta love all the detail!!'
The third: 'Omg, are those things down there people..?? Damn, that place is HUGE!

I can see my city looking like this in about fifteen years time. I tend to have a fetish for saturated blue (hence another reason why I liked your snowscape) and science fiction; for a rough idea to it seems very well rounded.
(The adverts on the right are an excellently realistic touch).

Absolutely amazing. I get a feel like I'm one a futeristic airport of something. But I also like the fact that the banister on the lower, left corner contrasts nicely the overall piece in that it seems like a touch of the old fashioned, with smooth curves rather than blocks.

Cripes. It's like, "damn, somebody designed all that."
Were I to change anything, I'd add more variance to the lines going all over the floors and walls - like I'd draw more of them as individual shapes and more patterns so it looks less random. Just my 2 cents.

This is a fine example of a good science fiction 'scape. The shot is saturated in blues and everything looks very technological. I do have some issues with the lights on the inside of the structure. Are they holes that light is shining through (which there's no evidence for in the scene behind the structure) or are they light fixtures (which they aren't drawn to look like)? Also, the pinkish stuff on the far right looks a bit too layered, rather than looking like its on the surface of what it looks like it should be on. Could be a futuristic floating text, but it really doesn't look it. Hmmm... As far as the clouds go, though, they're amazing. Are they from a picture? They just look too nice to be drawn. Overall, I like what you have done here.
