I would love to see these used but I won't require it for adoption. All you have to do is fill out this form:

Last but not least, if these resemble anyone's existing Umbreon adopts/OCs it is PURE coincidence. I used Bulbapedia to reference the colours for the Eeveelutions but that was it.
