So, this one might seem an odd choice. However, in a scene that I remember form Sailor Stars in which Michiru uses Saya to make Haruka jealous. That stuck in my head and ta-da Michiru ended up as Envy.Referenced some official art of Neptune as i was having a hell of a time keeping her looking enough like herself. Seriously i did 2 before this one and both just look like Envy w/ wavy hair and boobs...
