Patchs voice was steady as they spoke, obviously not phased by Ashflowers tears.
"You know exactly what side I'm on. Clan cats have taken *everything* from me. My life, everyone I've known.. They've all suffered at the hands of the clan cats. None of these rogues deserve to be fought, but here we are anyway. Clan cats are nothing but trouble! Especially YOU!"
Patch's attention turned towards Applespark, that look of pure hatred was back, and they raised their paw to attack before a low rumbling went through the ground.. And they looked up only to see Watcher.
Watcher? She.. She was dead. Patch *watched* her die. How was she here..?
Soon enough Apple was screeching at them to leave, and although they were startled he quickly adjusted his posture. Though, he was obviously overwhelmed. Their thoughts were loud, and everything happening around them was pure chaos. The thing that finally brought Patch to his senses though, was a rogue attacking Ashflower right in front of them.
Patch just stood there, watching it happen. They couldn't force themself to move or do anything.
"..I.. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry Ash. I didn't mean for this to happen. I thought.. I.."
Their voice was quiet and shaky, and tears were running down their face. In a flash they ran, trying to get away from the mayhem.
