A closer view of Corvo's weapons and mask. I wanted to make the sword slide action like it was in the game, but unfortunately it seems I'm not quite there yet in my prop design skills, so I just tried to make it as pretty as I could. The crossbow was fun to make, though the adhesive I used to connect all the small pieces together didn't hold up very well around the convention hall and I ended up having to do several emergency repairs. Probably time to start looking into more rigid connections like rivets or screws. The mask was a bitch and a half to make, but it gave me my newly discovered love of apoxy sculpt. That stuff is magical and I'm kicking myself for only just recently starting to use it. The hardest part was definitely threading the copper wire through the mask pieces, but I'm pretty proud of how it turned out.
