Description

Sleet, the cunning bounty hunter had finally met his match. He had been caught by Dr. Robotnik's forces after a failed mission to steal a powerful artifact from one of the doctor's labs.
As punishment, Dr. Robotnik decided to teach Sleet a lesson he would never forget. He ordered his scientists to modify Sleet's suit so that it would inflate like a balloon and become large and puffy, with a bright red color.
Sleet struggled as the scientists strapped him to a chair and began their work. He knew that once the modification was complete, he would be a laughing stock among his fellow bounty hunters.
After what seemed like hours, the scientists finally finished the modification. Sleet's suit inflated rapidly, and soon he was floating several feet off the ground. His arms and legs were trapped inside the puffy, red suit, making it impossible for him to escape.
Dr. Robotnik approached, a sinister smile on his face. "This should teach you to never cross me," he said. "From now on, you'll be known as the 'Red Balloon' among the criminal underworld."
