Yarrr me hearties!Here be captain Jack Sparrow himself! Took a long time to finish, especially the eyes were hard to paint. In the end, I am satisfied with the result, as I haven't painted that much yet. In fact, it is one of my first paintings. I painted it from a picture in one of my sister's magazines.
I started sketching with pencil, then I painted black with water colours and added layers of colour with Citadel colours and pencil. The painting is 32x24 cm. Savvy? It is one of the top pieces in my little "collection" and I must say I am quite proud of it. What do you think?

this is soooooo beatifull, I've seen many pictures of cpt. jack sparrow here on DA, but I think this is one of the best I've ever seen. And since this is your first painting I really really really think it soooo amazing

Very nice! Like the detail. The eyes are a teensie bit crooked but as you said, that was the hardest part.
That one definitely deserves a nice framing a good spot on your wall!

Wow, that's amazingly cool!
You've done the hair and the clothes really well, so detailed! If I may be reaally picky, something about the proportions of the face bothers me... the individual features are done really well, but I don't think the eyes line up.
But like I say, that's just being really picky
