Description
Connections: Students of very powerful and notable warriors who use a special energy in battle (Obi-Wan and Minato, respectively and use the Force and Chakra, respectively), who showed the potential to become the chosen ones. However, they were both in love with someone who they met at a young age (Padme Amidala and Rin Nohara, respectively), and their actions were recognized by an aging and far older man who had hidden his true nature from the rest of the world (Darth Sidious and Madara Uchiha, respectively). They eventually summitted to Sidious / Madara after their love interests died and learned their true intentions (restore the Sith and achieve the Infinite Tsukuyomi, respectively), had a devastating encounter with their former teacher that resulted in their defeat that caused them to conceal their identity with masks and/or armor, and gained well known names (Vader and Tobi, respectively). Many years later, both would be the leaders of groups that upheld the desire of their masters (the Empire and Akatsuki, respectively), which would be opposed by the late protagonists of their stories (Luke Skywalker and Naruto Uzumaki, respectively), and were helped by them to return to the right side, and both would directly betray their masters, but through doing so, both risked their very lives to stop them.
