All-powerful archnemeses to a lineage of heroes, with their motivations and origins being tied to the original. Both initially had good intentions, but due to the heroes recognizing their faults, they became something far more evil and dangerous, with a goal of making their "creator's" lives as miserable as possible, although beneath all this, they still just wanted said hero's acknowledgement and acceptance. Both are infamous for being able to come back any time they die, and the end of their conflict with their nemesis would involve trying to steal their bodies, albeit ending with them getting defeated once and for all.
In contrast, Ultron wants to kill Hank and rule all, while Thawne has no interest in either and just wants to torture Barry.

As top-tier as their previous episodes were, I'd be down for seeing this happening given how fun and how unique it sounds.
