Description Which tea is he enjoying? You decide.

People seem to think Ralsei was acting suspicious in Chapter 2, but I personally saw it as he's just a tutorial entity stating tutorial/exposition stuff - very normal behavior for the role he plays. Him knowing the layout of the Light World isn't far fetched after knowing Queen is aware of the Internet and Lightners' search history. Maybe it's a perk of being a ruler to a Fountain? Considering you could walk to Lancer's Dark World in Chapter 1, I'm going to say Ralsei just walked into Cyber World once its Fountain opened. As for him not being stone...He literally explains that his Fountain is pure, so any Darkner can belong in his town/world. That also means he, the Prince of that Fountain, can also belong anywhere since he's presumably made of the same pure darkness.
Anyway, Ralsei is a cute soft bean. Him hiding details isn't necessarily suspicious, as it's probably done out of care for Kris and Susie as opposed to malicious intent some seem to think he possesses for whatever reason. Dude repents to misclicking pop ups for goodness sake. It almost feels like people can't believe someone can tell white lies without ulterior motives. Negative ones, at that. Hypothetically, if Ralsei were to betray the gang, wouldn't that just add to his character? Would it recontextualize everything? Yeah! Does it make sense? No, not really. Why would a lonely Prince who states multiple times how everything is his "first time" because he had zero friends before Kris and Susie showed up suddenly betray those friends? Why would anyone do that? He clearly adores them to the point he made specific rooms catering to his new friends so they'd have some place to stay when they visit! He lets them leave whenever, trusting them to come back - he doesn't beg, convince, or kidnap them. He just offers hospitality through promise of cake and a warm bed should they decide to come back. Point is: Ralsei is a pure bean. Quite literally. He's "pure" darkness, lives in a "pure" kingdom, and has a gentle approach to everything. Him being a potential antagonist is just...a wild theory, especially this early in Deltarune's story. There's still several more chapters to go.
