Phantom, for the Moulin Mutant of this year.Phantom belongs to and his country was Poland, I wasn't very sure of how which outfit give him, but since he really isn't quite happy with this job, I decided to leave him with a full outfit (: but he still feels embarrassed , he needs a drink to lighten up.
