I would love to know what programs you use. I love the dino he is a cutie... and the water seems a little odd like the white goop in the front of the dino ... but your dino and rider are very well done.

ME RANTING:
I don't see a bit of Aardman in this, which is good, because I don't think that was what you were going for (Chicken Run? Wallace and Gromit? WHERE!?). What? Now if something is vaguely 3D or at all reminiscant of clay (which I also don't see in this) it is Aardman Productions? I guess if something has line and flat color it must be Disney? Ugh.
ME TALKING MORE ABOUT THE ART:
I love this image and I think its a great portfolio peice if concept art or character rendering is something you're thinking of going in to. I actually would't be surprised if you're already a pro.
By way of criticism, I think you should rely more on Maya and less on Photoshop, in this particular case. The melding of the two is indeed viable and possible, but I'm seeing too many transitions here that do not look like a stylistic decision, they are also things that could have just as easily been done in Maya.
HOWEVER: this peice is badass and I think you're an incredibly tallented guy. Keep it up Aardman...

Really like the "Aardman Productions" look this has.
I think the mountains are a bit out of balance with the feel of the rest of the image though...

I love the background, especially those mountains. I like the clay look of the raptor thingy and the rider. Great job.
