Warning: it helps if you've actually PLAYED MGS2 for you to understand part of the joke, here......but anyway, OMG.
I must be mad: Raiden fanart? I am NOT a Raiden fan. I am very much Anti-Raiden...hence, making fun of him, here. In any case, I was writing an MGS2 fanfic a ways back --which I stopped writing because I realized that not only did the fic suck, so does the bloody game >_< -- a big, messy parody, and this is one of the first scenes that I'd come up with.I mean...people DO remember the part in the game with the whole "nerd/node" bit, right? Raiden sounded so oddly disappointed to find out that AI Colonel had not said "nerd"...so this was my bizarre spin-off.
I really don't know why I drew this.

I like Raiden for his hilarity factor. Yes, like that. "WTF? You could NOT have possibly have just said something that retarded." : Me..MGS2. Yeah...
Trippy game. Still sorta fun though. If only for Vamp, Pliskin, messin' with Raiden, Solidus and his crazy swords and electric tentecals ( Did I spell that right? Probly not oh well screw it)
And a boss fight with a fat dude on rollerblades. Who makes you run around an defuse f*ing bombs he hides around within a time limit. I cannot express in words how much I hate that one. >_<

I just really hate the fight. Actually Fatman does have a cool voice. 
The codec calls are great! I've been wanting to some MGS flashes, I might do some from 2 just to use my codec call clips XD
Oh I forgot. You can make fun of Raiden by saying he has..er..No buttcrack!? XD My friend claims he doesn't. I can't remember because I'm usually laughing at the part of the game and I haven't played in forever. I guess it was a vague attempt to censor it a tad more for the guys whose minds were forever scarred by that.

Ahh, but see, I LIKED Fatman....for ONE REASON: Barry Dennen did the voice acting for 'im, and he happens to be the man who has portrayed Pontius Pilate in the musical Jesus Christ Superstar multiple times, including the (equally trippy) movie.
...but in all seriousness, the only thing that I truly enjoyed about MGS2 were the psychotic Codec calls from AI Colonel Campbell. 61.

nerd? it confused me - `cause in german they write "Not" what would mean hardship or misery in this case o.O (can be understand like you need or want somethin`, when you in "not" , in this misery,.. whatever,.. )
but,.. is raden such a stupit thing? o.O i just play a few minutes of the beginnig in a friends game, but why are some people so against raiden? what did he wrong? o.O

yeah, i remember that part. I actually am a Raiden FAN (well, a raidenXsnake fan :them being a couple is my opinion XD ) anywho, even though you're making fun of him i still think this is a rather cute comic. I also didn't think the game mgs2 sucked because you got to see snake in a different point of view...but that's also jusy my opinion (i'm not trying to change your mind) and yes, i'm just being cautious coz someone scolded me because i said that I like yaoi. =_= so please don't scold me! *begs*

Aw, I love Raiden! But he's so much fun to pick on...and it's so easy too! Did you make the guard pee on his head in the game? He makes the funniest face in the codec when it happens. Yeah Raiden sucked like a 20 dollar man whore but I like the look of the "cool,new ninja look" Raiden for MGS4...its a shame I bought a 360 then. Hopefully Konami will put it on XBOX like they did eventually with MGS2.
