Appearance
A short, young looking girl with maroon-colored hair that turns to a grayish white toward the ends. Her eyes are two different colors, her right eye being a darker red while her left eye is a goldish-orange color. She wears a short black kimono with long sleeves and bandage covering underneath. Above her waist she wears a soft-pink band with two golden bells at the end of it.

Personality
Mei is a very quiet girl and is often mistaken as a mute. Due to her mischievous nature, it takes quite a lot of control to calm this rebellious young girl down after a battle. When she gets really fired up during a battle she will taunt an enemy out loud and yell psychotic things. She is also known for taunting enemies with her eyes, she gives them a certain look with a smirk or smile on her face.

Power / Abilities
Gumiho Gumiho no Mi
The nine-tailed devil fruit which enables the devil-fruit user to become a full nine-tailed fox. The user is also able to harvest the souls of their fallen enemies in order to enhance their abilities.

Fox Fire - A ring of light-blue to white flames that will circle her when she is really fired up. These little flames will explode upon enemy contact, doing quite a lot of damage if all of the flames hit the enemy at once.
True Fox - This ability causes her to go into full fox form, her true fox form is a bit bigger than regular foxes.

Mei uses martial arts and close combat to fight her enemies. She is not known for having any type of weapons or equipment to fight her enemies.
