Yes, that is the shikon no tama in his hand. I don't know why it's black...I started this because I wanted to work on that element I think my art is missing- "style." Unfortunately, it just turned out ugly. But, because I put so much work into it, I figured I'd at least post it in scraps. That's where the pictures I don't really like go >.>
