Description
The Makai Tech Engineers eventually finished the design for the robotics model ST, which was constructed to be the backbone of the robotic armies. The first model, the ST-GI, stood at 5'8. Enforced with nanodilithium armor, and armed with weapons from conventional firearms to lasguns to psi rifles, the ST-GI was designed to rain down a maelstorm of fire upon the enemy.

Designed to be a ranged unit, the ST-GI were obliterated when met by melee units. Deciding to fix this, ST-GI units were often mixed with a newer design, the ST-MF. The appearances and armor were kept the same, but the ST-MF were equipped with dual laspistols, a cryonaknife, and had better knowledge of hand-to-hand fighting. In a battle, the ST-MF would be placed in front of the ST-GI and protect the ranged units from melee assault.

All ST models have been equipped with thermodynamic explosive rounds, used especially to devastate groups of infantry, but also effective against lightly armored vehicles.
