Highly recommended, especially if you want some inkling of what happened to Azula and Ursa.

Dante Bascoe himself calls it "an engaging read" and I'd have to second that.

Well, we see Aang multiple ways.  Korra communicated with him via the whole Avatar-thing, and that's gone, but Tenzin was also able to communicate with him in the Spirit World (the portals to which have been left open) and Korra had nothing to do with that, so it's possible.
