Alex's looks quite proud of her pudgy belly in this pic, being a bit plump and chubby is seen as beautiful and successful in Vorg culture so it would make sense for her to rub it.
Even without his five-o'clock shadow Harry' still a haggard little bastard, must be wondering why Alex insists on dressing like a ho, even if it's par for the course among Vorgs.
