Toks Olagundoye as Corazon Saldana and Gael García Bernal as Renato Santibañez in my British SciFi Drama Marimar of England, based on the Mexican Telenovela Marimar. She's a British retired spy and intelligence officer whose knowledge of espionage and raising two surrogate kids make her the ideal head of the Aldama-Santibañez family. He's a Mexican immigrant with a knack for machinery, history and possibly magic, the father of Thomas Sergio Santibañez aka Chief Inspector Nigel Hyde of the Avon and Somerset police and the surrogate uncle of his surrogate sister Yolanda's daughters. They were the closest friends of Julia Young and now they are determined to protect their children, avenge their murdered relatives, expose the villains, save Britain and the world and get married.
